As a rough guide: smaller sizes suit a sweetheart table, bar or cake table; larger sizes suit a ceremony backdrop, a dance floor or a reception wall that needs to read across the room.

How long does production and delivery take?
Most signs are made in 1–3 business days after you order. Express USA delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Can I order for a wedding date or deadline?
Yes. If your wedding or event date is close, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
If the product arrived damaged and the damage claim is valid, the order is eligible for a full refund. Please report damage within 48 hours after delivery.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Eligible manufacturing defects are covered by our 12-month warranty.
Can I request a rush order?
Yes. For signs you design in our neon designer, add Rush Order for a rush fee and your sign ships within 24 hours of your order. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days with free express USA shipping. For other signs, email hello@statementsigns.com with your date before you order and we'll confirm.
