At Statement Signs, every sign is made to order. Most orders are produced after the design, size, color, layout, and important details are confirmed.
StatementSigns.com is operated by Art Studio 21, a custom signage studio based in Albania serving customers in the United States and internationally.
Free USA Shipping, Duties Included
We offer free shipping to the United States on all products.
There is no minimum order value required for free USA shipping unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
All US import duties and customs fees are included in your price. You pay nothing extra at delivery.
Every order ships with DHL Express, fully insured and tracked, at no extra cost.
Production Time
Most custom signs are produced within 1–3 business days after mockup approval, or after you order for our designs and signs you design yourself in our online designer.
Production may take slightly longer for complex logo signs, large acrylic signs, special finishes, bulk orders, or orders that require additional design adjustments.
Production starts after the customer has provided all required details and approved the design direction or mockup.
USA Delivery
Estimated USA delivery time after dispatch with DHL Express:
3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions, customs processing, holidays, weather, address accuracy, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Timeline
A typical order follows this process:
- You place your order or send your custom request.
- We review the details and prepare your design/mockup if needed.
- You approve the design direction before production.
- We produce your sign.
- Your order is packed carefully and shipped.
- Tracking details are sent once the order is dispatched.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive your DHL Express tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after the package is collected by the courier. You can follow your package any time on our Track Your Order page.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Statement Signs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production or shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
United States: duties and import fees are included in your price. Nothing extra is due at delivery.
Other countries: customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Delays
We do our best to produce and ship orders quickly, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may happen because of customs, courier network issues, holiday periods, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please include:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
Please keep the original packaging until the issue is reviewed.
If the product arrived damaged and the damage claim is valid, the order is eligible for a full refund. We may also offer a replacement or another solution if the customer prefers.
