No. For a text sign, type your words in our neon designer and see your sign live. For a logo, sketch, photo or simple idea, we prepare a free mockup before production so you can review the design first.

For logos and custom ideas, we send you a free digital mockup before we make anything, so you can check the text, layout, size and color. We adjust it with you until it's right, and production only starts once you approve. Signs you design yourself in our neon designer and signs from our designs don't need a mockup: what you see is what we make. Request a free mockup.

Within 24 hours on most orders. Logo signs or complex designs can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if so. Request a free mockup.

For logos and custom ideas: yes, any time before you approve your mockup. We refine the design with you until it's right, and you can cancel free of charge, with a full refund, at any point before approval. Once you approve your mockup, your sign goes into production and the order can no longer be cancelled, refunded or changed, so please check all spelling, names, dates, colors and sizes carefully first. Signs you design yourself and signs from our designs go into production soon after you order, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. See our Refund & Custom Order Policy.

Made in 1–3 business days: after mockup approval for logos and custom ideas, or after you order for our designs and signs you design yourself. Complex logo signs, large acrylic signs, special finishes, bulk orders, or orders that need extra design adjustments may take slightly longer.

Yes. We offer free USA shipping on all products, with no minimum order value. Express USA delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, and every shipment is fully insured and tracked. See Shipping & Delivery.

No. Every US order ships duties-paid, with free express shipping. All import duties and customs fees are included in your price, so you pay nothing extra at delivery. See Shipping & Delivery.

Yes. For signs you design in our neon designer, add Rush Order for a rush fee and your sign ships within 24 hours of your order. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days with free express USA shipping. For logo signs, custom ideas or bulk orders, email hello@statementsigns.com with your deadline before you order and we'll confirm.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to follow your package to your door.

For orders outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Our neon signs are made with 12V LED neon flex mounted on high-quality 4mm acrylic, with most designs cut to shape. Our acrylic signs are available in finishes such as clear acrylic, gold mirror, matte black, and brushed finishes.

Most neon designs come in several sizes, from 20" up to 60" wide. Every size ships as one piece. You’ll find the exact options on each product page. Neon colors include Natural White, Warm White, Cold White, Red, Pink, Purple, Blue, Baby Blue, Green, Yellow, and Orange.

Yes. Every neon sign includes a US-plug power adapter with an on/off switch, plus everything you need to hang or wall-mount it.

Each neon sign comes with a US-plug power adapter with an on/off switch, plus all accessories for hanging or wall-mounting. See our setup instructions. For larger signs, business signs, or signs that need electrical setup, we recommend a qualified installer.

Yes. Our neon signs are made for indoor use as standard. If your neon sign will hang outside, choose Outdoor in our neon designer or email us when you order and we'll build it for outdoor use. Acrylic signs need no power and are for indoor use only. Not sure which you need? Email us before ordering and we'll advise.

Very little. Our LED neon uses about 10 watts per meter of neon tube and runs on a low-voltage 12V power adapter. It gives off very little heat during normal use.

It gives the same bright, solid-color glow, but it is made differently. LED neon uses flexible LED tubes instead of glass filled with gas, so it is lighter, much less fragile, runs on low voltage and uses far less power. That makes it easier to ship, hang and move between venues.

Every sign includes a 12-month warranty on eligible manufacturing defects, such as LED neon electrical issues, power supply or dimmer issues, acrylic defects caused during production, or workmanship issues that affect normal use. It does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. See our 12-Month Warranty.

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at hello@statementsigns.com, with your order number and photos of the damaged product and the packaging. If the product arrived damaged and the damage claim is valid, the order is eligible for a full refund. We may also offer a replacement or another solution if the customer prefers.

Yes. Send us your logo, brand name, or idea and we’ll help you choose the right material, size, and finish, then prepare a mockup for your approval. Send us your logo in any format you have and we’ll let you know if we need a higher-quality file. Request a Free Mockup.

Yes. For bulk orders, multiple signs, or event deadlines, email us at hello@statementsigns.com before ordering so we can plan production with you. Bulk orders may take slightly longer to produce.
