How to Order Your Custom Neon or Acrylic Sign
There are three ways to start: design a text sign live, send us your logo or idea for a free mockup, or choose one of our designs. Here is what happens from your first click to the day your sign arrives.

Type your text, choose your font, color and size, and see your sign live. Order, and we make it in 1–3 business days. No mockup wait.
B. Upload a logo or idea
Send your logo, sketch or photo. Our designers prepare a free mockup, usually within 24 hours. Approve it, and we make it in 1–3 business days.
C. Choose one of our designs
Pick a design and size and order. Our designs are made exactly as shown in 1–3 business days.
Step by step, from idea to wall
1. Start your design
Design a text sign live in our neon designer, pick a design from our collections, or send us your names, wording, logo, a sketch or a photo. You don't need a finished design file: any format works, and we'll tell you if we need a better copy of your logo.
2. Logo or custom idea? Get your free mockup, usually within 24 hours
Our designers draw your sign with your text, layout, size and color, so you can see exactly how it will look. The mockup is free, and you're not committed to anything yet. Signs you design yourself and signs from our designs skip this step.
3. Ask for changes, then approve
Ask for as many adjustments as you need until it's right. Please check every spelling, name, date, color and size. Nothing is made until you approve, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your mockup.
4. We make it in 1–3 business days
Our signmakers build your sign to order in our own studio after you approve your mockup. Signs you design yourself in our neon designer and signs from our designs skip the mockup and are made in 1–3 business days after you order. Complex logo signs, large acrylic signs, special finishes and bulk orders may take slightly longer; we'll tell you if so.
5. Free DHL Express delivery to the USA
We ship every order free with DHL Express: 3–5 business days after dispatch, fully insured, with all US duties paid, so there is nothing to pay at your door. You'll get your tracking number by email, and you can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.
6. Plug in, hang it, and enjoy
Every neon sign comes with a US-plug power adapter with an on/off switch and a mounting kit. See our setup instructions. Every sign has a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the day it arrives, and if it arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos for a full refund or a replacement.
Need it by a date?
Designing your sign in our neon designer? Add Rush Order for a rush fee and your sign ships within 24 hours of your order, then arrives in 3–5 business days. For logo signs and custom ideas, tell us your date before you order and we'll confirm.
Ordering for a wedding or a business?
Wedding orders
Choose your design, size and color, and add your names, initials or date in our neon designer. We make it in 1–3 business days. Wedding date close? Tell us before you order.
Business orders
Send your logo or brand name and we'll help you choose the material, size and finish, from neon logo signs to laser-cut acrylic wall logos. We can match your brand colors on the mockup before production.
Questions about ordering
Can I see my sign before it's made?
Yes. If you design a text sign yourself, you see it live in our neon designer. For logos and custom ideas, we send you a free design mockup, usually within 24 hours, and nothing is made until you approve it.
Do I need a finished design file?
No. Send your text, logo, a sketch or a photo in any format. We'll tell you if we need a better copy of your logo.
How long does a custom sign take?
Your sign is made in 1–3 business days after you approve the mockup, or after you order for our designs and signs you design yourself. Then DHL Express delivers it to the USA in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Will I pay import duties or fees?
No. Shipping to the USA is free and all US duties are paid, so there is nothing to pay at your door.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. For logos and custom ideas, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your mockup. Signs you design yourself and signs from our designs go into production soon after you order, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
