Terms of Service

These terms apply to every visit to and purchase from StatementSigns.com. StatementSigns.com is operated by Art Studio 21, Piazza Santa Barbara, Ndertesa 2, Hyrja 2, Kati 2, Divjake 9022, Albania ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Custom products

Our signs are made to order. For logo signs and custom ideas we send a digital mockup before production. You are responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, colors, size and layout on your mockup before you approve it. Production starts only after your approval, and we make your sign from the approved mockup.

2. Your designs and content

When you send us text, names, logos, images or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may refuse an order that includes content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is offensive or unlawful. We use your files only to prepare your mockup, make your order and support you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Free shipping and US import duties are included for US orders. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on our site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before production and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, holidays, weather or an incorrect address.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes, cancellations, damaged items and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund & Custom Order Policy.

6. Warranty

Every sign has a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the delivery date, as set out on our 12-Month Warranty page. It does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, outdoor use of an indoor sign, or normal wear and tear.

7. Installation and safe use

You are responsible for installing and using your sign safely, using the power adapter supplied. Neon signs are for indoor use unless you ordered the outdoor version. For large signs, business signs or signs that need electrical setup, use a qualified installer.

8. Colors and appearance

Colors can look slightly different on screens, in photos and under different lighting. Small differences from the mockup that come from materials or handmade production are not defects.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Website use

All content on this site, including photos, designs and text, belongs to Statement Signs or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
