Shipping Policy

Every Statement Signs product is made to order by Art Studio 21, our sign studio in Albania, and shipped directly to you.

Free USA shipping, duties included

Shipping to the United States is free on every order, with no minimum order value. All US import duties and customs fees are included in your price, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.

Production time

Most signs are made in 1–3 business days after you approve your mockup. Signs from our designs and signs you design yourself in our online designer are made in 1–3 business days after you order. Complex logo signs, large acrylic signs, special finishes and bulk orders may take slightly longer; we'll tell you if so.

Delivery time

Express USA delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, customs, holidays, weather or an incorrect address.

Need it by a date?

Rush requests may be possible. Email hello@statementsigns.com with your date before you order and we'll confirm.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We'll try to update it before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once your order has shipped.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@statementsigns.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. A valid damage claim is eligible for a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer.

Orders outside the United States

Email hello@statementsigns.com before ordering and we'll confirm shipping options. Outside the United States, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
