12-Month Warranty

Every Statement Signs product is made to order and tested before it ships. Your sign is covered by a 12-month warranty on eligible manufacturing defects.

StatementSigns.com is operated by Art Studio 21, a custom signage studio based in Albania serving customers in the United States and internationally.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect normal use of the product for 12 months from the date your order is delivered.

Depending on the product type, this may include:

  • LED neon electrical issues caused by manufacturing defects
  • Power supply or dimmer issues caused by manufacturing defects
  • Acrylic defects caused during production
  • Workmanship issues that affect normal use of the product

If a warranty issue is confirmed, we will offer the most suitable solution for the situation: a replacement part, a repair, a partial or full product replacement, a full refund, or another appropriate solution.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, whether by the customer or a third-party installer
  • Mishandling or dropping the product
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Water damage or outdoor exposure, unless the product was clearly sold as outdoor-rated
  • Electrical misuse or use with incompatible power supplies
  • Customer modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper storage or use after delivery
  • Text, color, size or design details approved by the customer before production

Custom products are made from the details you confirm on your mockup, including text, design, color, size and layout, so please check them carefully before you approve.

Damaged on Arrival

If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the damage claim is valid, your order is eligible for a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer.

Installation

Customers are responsible for installing the sign safely and correctly. If you are unsure, we recommend a qualified installer, especially for larger signs, business signs, wall-mounted signs, or signs that need electrical setup.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at hello@statementsigns.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A short explanation of what happened
  • Photos of the power supply, dimmer or accessories if the issue is electrical

We may ask for more photos, videos or simple troubleshooting steps before we confirm a replacement, refund or other solution.
