Track Your Order

Every order ships with DHL Express: free express delivery to the USA, 3–5 business days after dispatch, fully insured and tracked. As soon as your order ships, we email you your DHL tracking number.

Track your package

Tracking opens in a new tab on the DHL website. It can take up to 24 hours for the first update to show after you receive our email.

Where is my tracking number?

It is in your shipping confirmation email, sent from Statement Signs when your order leaves our studio. It is a 10-digit DHL Express number. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it. If you haven't approved your mockup yet, your sign hasn't been made yet, so there is no tracking number yet.
