Do I need a finished design?
No. For a text sign, type your words in our neon designer and see it live. For a logo, sketch or photo, we prepare a free mockup before production so you can review the design first.
How fast will I get my sign?
Your sign is made in 1–3 business days: after you approve the mockup, or after you order for our designs and signs you design yourself. Then it ships free with express USA delivery in 3–5 business days.
Will I pay import duties or fees?
No. Every US order ships duties-paid with free express shipping. You pay nothing at delivery.
Does it come with a US plug?
Yes. Every neon sign includes a US-plug power adapter with an on/off switch, plus everything you need to hang or wall-mount it.
Can I change the design before it's made?
Yes. For logo signs and custom ideas, nothing is produced until you approve the mockup, and we refine it with you first. Signs you design yourself and signs from our designs go into production soon after you order, so contact us quickly if you need a change.
Can you make it by a specific date?
Yes. For signs you design in our neon designer, add Rush Order for a rush fee and your sign ships within 24 hours of your order. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days with free express USA shipping. For logo signs and custom ideas, email hello@statementsigns.com with your date before you order and we'll confirm.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A valid damage claim is eligible for a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer.
